If it breaks
Warranty
Five years on hardware. Two on electronics and textiles. Wear is not a fault, but a fault is not wear.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
- Welds, seams and fastenings failing under rated load
- Waterproofing failing inside the rated period
- Electronics failing outside of battery degradation
What is not
- Crash damage, and damage from loads above the stated rating
- Normal wear — worn tread, abraded fabric, faded finish
- Battery capacity loss within normal cycle degradation
- Items modified from their original construction
The grey area
A sidewall bulge at 200km is a casing fault. The same bulge at 8,000km is wear. We will tell you which we think it is and why, and if it is genuinely ambiguous the call goes in your favour.
Making a claim
Open a ticket from the relevant order in your order history — pick Complain for a fault or Return if it is inside the 30-day window. Photos help. A rider reviews it, usually within two working days.
