Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. If something is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute it.

Pricing

Prices are in USD and exclude tax unless stated. Shipping is calculated at checkout — see shipping.

Returns and faults

30 days to return unused goods in original packaging. Faults are covered by the warranty for its stated period. Neither affects your statutory rights.

Use of this site

• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not scrape the catalogue or resell our copy and photography.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself.

Fitness for purpose

We describe load ratings and weather ratings as accurately as we can, and we publish our testing in field notes. Cycling carries risk; equipment rated for a load is not a guarantee against a crash. Use judgement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you ordered.
