Privacy

This is a plain-language summary written for a demonstration store. Have a lawyer review it before trading for real.

What we store

• Account — your email, and any name, phone number and address you enter.
• Orders — what you bought, what you paid, where it shipped.
• Support — tickets and messages you send us.
• Browsing preferences — the products and searches used to rank recommendations. This lives in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What we do not store

Card details. No payment processor is connected to this store, and we never ask for card numbers by email or in a support ticket. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us.

Who can see it

Your account data is readable only by you and by staff handling your order or ticket. This is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface. Internal staff notes on a ticket are never shown to you, and your messages are never shown to other customers.

Removing your data

Ask through contact and we will delete your account and personal details. Order records are kept where tax law requires, with personal details stripped.

Cookies

Only what is needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
