Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are picked the same day. Anything after that goes out the next morning. You will get a tracking reference as soon as the label is generated, and the order status updates in your account.
Oversized items
Racks, wheels and complete frame bags ship in their own boxes. If your order mixes oversized and small items, it may arrive in more than one parcel — you are not charged twice.
Returns
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Start a return from the order in your order history and we will send a label. Full terms are on the warranty page.
